Very clean and well equipped

The hotel is simply beautiful. It has this cosy, romantic vibe. I don't like places where the lights are too bright, so this had just perfect ambient atmosphere. Room was big and very clean. It has taller than a standard ceiling which gives this sense of a bigger space. The bed was extremely comfortable. You have two types of pillows to choose from, one was softer and the other one on a harder side. Good sized shower and water had very good pressure. Provided toiletries were good too. Blackout curtains, which is a bonus for me as I can't sleep if there is light coming in.Breakfast was very good, enough choices of hot and cold food, lots of different pastries and bread, ham & cheese, fruits. Note, the breakfast was more less the same everyday, which I do not find a problem at all. I saw few complaints about that before booking and honestly people - it's a hotel, not a restaurant. They provide a good breakfast to start a good day, i am baffled why some seem to expect a restaurant experience. You can see that every small detail was thought off and provided for the customer to have a comfortable stay. The location is very good, just 10-15min walk to the river and to central shops and restaurants. Rudas thermal baths only 25min walk. We haven't used public transport , but we saw lots of buses (ones that said airport) and trams passing near by.

Unfortunatelly two bad things to mention, that maybe are not a big deal for others, but was for us. 1. we found it quite noisy. Our room was facing the street. Either the rubbish was collected that day or some deliveries made, but the noise was bad and at stupid hours in the morning, which woke us up. You can hear your neighbours very well and everything what's happening in the corridor too. To some maybe it's not a problem, but to light sleepers it means a broken nights sleep. Some soundproofing is a must to have a good night sleep. 2. of course you don't come to beautiful Budapest to watch tv , but after a long day and just before bed you fancy watching some movies, there were just few news channels in english and some channels in german, polish and french, but nothing good really. Not a big problem, but would be nice to have that choice.

It needs a lot more attention with cleaning the room and bath. There should be bags in the garbage bins. There should be slippers in the room.

Location, staff, room; beds were comfortable and clean, location is great, parking available in the basement. Overall, another nice experience at this hotel.

The door of the bathroom could have been cleaned better on the inside. Same known issue, too hot in the room, was not able to set the temperature.

Hotel was lovely modern warm and clean Comfortable seating area to relax and check in was very welcoming and informative.

The only thing for me was that the hot food for breakfast was luke warm but the waitress was happy to put it in microwave for me .

nice room, sound proof, comfortable bed, great breakfast (very good and a lot of variety), staff very helpful and pleasant! we stayed just one night because we were on a road trip but i would definitely enjoy spending more time here

The room exceeded my expectations, and both the staff and breakfast were exceptional. Furthermore, its proximity to several attractive destinations within a short walking distance enhanced the overall experience.

The room is clean with nice design and a lot of space. Breakfast is delicious. Staff is welcoming and able to cover all our needs. The lobby has nice design. Overall location is nice, not far from metro or tram station.

Air conditioning was wired, we haven't to manage the desired temperature. The smoke detector lights disturb our sleep. The gym is tiny, don't expect to find a lot of equipment here.

Everything was exceptional! Perfect breakfast, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Stayed here for 4 nights. Even we came to early, we could get our rooms at 10:00 (the rooms were empty and clean). The main advantage is the size of the rooms (bigger than most rooms in other hotels for this price). The hotel is not located in the center of the city but it's just 12-15 minutes by feet. The street is calm and noiseless, very pleasant.

I obviously got upgraded automatically to a better room than I remember booking, as I got a duplex room with the bedroom in the loft. Very nice decor (modern, elegant), friendly staff. Excellent breakfast buffet with a huge assortment to choose from.

Nothing about the hotel itself. Was here on a very short business trip, so didn’t have time to go out at time, except to a nearby restaurant . However, for leisure travelers, it might not be as central as one would like.

All thinks was very very good!

Breakfast, room size and cleanliness

Excellent room, great bed, perfectly clean, quality skin care products included, delicious breakfast with lots of varieties, friendly and polite staff, good location in central area. I wood say it is closer to 5 stars than 4, definetly recommend it!

The price of the private parking is not presented until you arrive (20 euros) You also need to write a message to the hotel to reserve a parking place. I wish they would have written it in the description from the beginning. However the final price per night with parking it is still good considering the very nice conditions.

There was some strange smell in the room when we arrived, like it was a smoker room, but it went away after some time with an opened window.

Modern hotel with spacious and clean room, close to subway and tramway. I arrived after an exhausting 12 hours journey and never rested better in any hotel. Spacious room with large and comfortable bed. Quiet, although close to a busy street. Windows can be open to let in fresh air, which is not common for modern hotels these days. Very kind and friendly young lady at registration in the evening. Excellent tea-coffee set with spotless clean cups and water heater in the room. Well-equipped large bathroom. Good breakfast. The 11 a.m. checkout time is very convenient.

I paid for the room upon arrival, but upon leaving, the morning receptionist (who was far not as friendly as the one in the evening) surprised me by saying that I still had to pay the tourist tax. Strange.
